Abstract

본 발명은 전자부품장착기에 있어서 각종 부품을 보유하고 있는 부품카세트들이 부품공급 유니트의 이송대에 정확하게 장착되어 있는지의 여부와 카세트의 프런트카바(50)의 들림발생으로 인해 흡착노즐의 손상 및 장비의 손상을 방지하기 위해 카세트의 상면의 이상물질유무검출 및 카세트프런트카바 고정상태를 즉시 감지할 수 있도록 하는 검출장치에 관한 것으로서, 스프링(5)에 의해 탄발되는 검출레바가 상승하여 리미트스위치(7)를 작동시키도록 된 검출장치에 있어서, 작동공(13)이 통공된 수직형검출레바(10)를 지주(2)의 말단에 형성된 고정편(3)의 고정동(3-1)에 스톱핀(14)과 너트(15)로 장착하여서 된 것인바 수직형검출레바(10)를 장착함으로서 장력이 강화되어 중간부분이 휘어질 염려 없이 항상 수평상태를 유지토록 하여 검출레바와 부품카세트의 마찰을 방지하고 일부의 부품을 배제하여 더욱 간단하면서도 견고한 장치를 제공하며 또한 제조원가등을 적감할 수 있도록 된 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 스프링(5)에 의해 탄발되는 검출레바가 상승하여 리미트스위치(7)를 작동시키도록된 검출장치에 있어서, 작동공(13)이 통공된 수직형검출레바(10)를 지주(2)의 말단에 형성된 고정편(3)의 고정공(3-1)에 스톱핀(14)과 너트(15)로 장착하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 전자부품장착기의 부품카세트 이상유무검출장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 수직형검출레바(10)는 중앙상단을 절삭하여 투시구(12)를 형성하고 양단의 하측모서리를 경사면(11)으로 형성하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 전자부품장착기의 부품카세트 이상유무검출장치.
