Abstract
본 발명은 요크체를 바이브레이터의 케이스에 고정시킬 수 있는 진동부를 가지는 박판형상의 탄성진동판에 장착하여, 요크체의 진동폭을 증대시키어 진동효율을 높일 수 있고, 또한 탄성진동체가 상기 진동부와 절결선으로 구획되어 연결된 고정부에 의하여 케이스에 장착될 수 있도록 하여, 탄성진동판의 칫수의 변형 또는 케이스로 부터 분리되는 일이 없이 장기간 사용할 수 있는 바이브레이터에 관한 것으로, 보이스코일에 전원의 공급으로 요크, 마그네트 및 어퍼플레이트로 이루어진 요크체를 진동 가능하게 형성함에 있어서, 중앙에 상기 요크체(20)의 요크(21)가 장착되어 탄성력있게 요동할 수 있는 진동부(31)와; 이 진동부(31)와는 절결선(33)으로 구획연결되어 진동부(31)를 탄성력 있게 유지할 수 있는 고정부(32)로 이루어진 박판형상의 탄성진동판(30)을 구비한 것이며, 상기의 진동부(31)는, 요크체(20)의 요크(21)을 얹어 고정시킬 수 있도록 하고, 상기의 고정부(32)는, 탄성진동판(30)의 양끝단부분에 형성되어, 바이브레이터의 케이스(60)에 고정시킬 수 있도록 한 것이다.According to the present invention, the yoke body is mounted on a thin plate-shaped elastic vibrating plate having a vibrating portion that can be fixed to the case of the vibrator, thereby increasing the vibration width of the yoke body and increasing the vibration efficiency.
