The present invention relates to a liquid level sensing device using a thin film NTC that can detect the liquid level in the fuel tank of the home, industrial or automobile, in particular, it is possible to always accurately detect the liquid level in the fuel tank regardless of the season.

In the conventional liquid level sensing device, as shown in FIG. 1, a float 103 is installed at one side of the fuel tank 110 about the rotational shaft 102, and the contact terminal (3) is changed by the change of the float 103 according to the liquid level change. 101 and the up and down variable resistor 105 are configured to be in variable contact with each other.

In the conventional liquid level sensing device configured as described above, when fuel is injected into the fuel tank 110 after the power is supplied, the position of the buoy 103 flows up and down by the amount of fuel.

According to the flow of the float 103, the contact terminal 101 connected to the arm of the float 103 is changed in contact with the variable resistor 105, the resistance value of the variable resistor 105 is changed through the current converter The flow rate is displayed on the fuel gauge substrate.

However, as the variable resistor 105 exhibits a flow rate value as the float 103 flows as described above, the guide needle instructed on the fuel gauge substrate flows by the flow of the float 103 to detect an accurate flow rate. In addition, there was a frequent defect of malfunction due to inaccurate measurement due to poor contact, and the structure was complicated, causing problems such as cost increase of the product.

The present invention is devised to solve the above-described conventional drawbacks and problems, the object of the present invention is to connect the electrode and NTC thin film on one side of the insulating plate (substrate), the other side by thinning the heating element according to the season By maintaining a constant temperature, it is possible to detect the exact amount of fuel irrespective of the temperature change, and it is easy to manufacture by simplifying the detection unit, and it is easy to install, thereby reducing the manufacturing cost and installation cost.

When the present invention to achieve the above object will be described in detail by the accompanying drawings as follows.

As shown in FIG. 2, 1 is a detection unit capable of detecting fuel in the fuel tank.

The detection unit 1 arranges and connects the electrodes and the thin film NTC 3 so that a constant distance is maintained on one side of the insulating plate 2.

On the other side of the thin film NTC 3, the heating element 4 is thinned so as to induce a constant temperature.

Reference numeral 10 denotes a case, and 11 denotes a binding electrode part.

According to the present invention configured as described above, the electrode 1 of the insulating plate 2 and the thin film NTC 3 are arranged, and on the other side, the detection unit 1 in which the heating element 4 is thinned, as shown in FIG. (11), and then connected to the fuel gauge substrate by connecting the connected electrode and the thin film NTC conductively with an ammeter (not shown).

When the fuel is supplied to the fuel tank after mounting and supplying power as described above, the electrode connected to one side of the insulating plate 2 of the detector 1 and the self-resistance value of the thin film NTC changed by the precipitation of the thin film NTC (3). The liquid level can be measured by

At this time, the detector 1 is heated to the temperature set by the heating element 4 thin filmed on the other side of the insulating plate 2, so that the temperature is kept constant so that the detection of the fuel can be accurately measured regardless of the season.

As described above, by thinning the thin film NTC and the electrodes connecting the thin film NTC to one side of the insulating substrate, the fuel can be accurately measured in the fuel tank by the electrode and the fuel can be accurately measured regardless of the season by the heating element. In addition, the structure is simplified, the manufacturing process is reduced and the installation is easy due to the simplified manufacturing process, it is a very useful design that there is no defect rate at all.
