Abstract

텔레비전 수상기는 확정 데이타 서비스(EDS) 데이타와 같은 텔레비전 신호(RD IN)의 데이타 성분을 해독하는 디코더(145)를 포함한다. 상기 데이타 성분은 시간 정보로 표시되는 데이타를 포함한다. 상기 수상기의 제어기(110)는 텔레비전 수상기에 저장된 시간을 초까지 정확한 시간 값으로 세트하기 위해 시간 정보를 처리한다(220-280).

Claims (14)

  1. 초 성분(tod-seconds)을 포함하는 제1(tod-hours : tod-minutes)시간 값을 표시하는 데이타를 저장하는 메모리(116)와; 데이타 성분을 포함하는 텔레비전 신호의 소스를 포함하는 장치에 있어서, 제2(eds-hours : eds-minutes)시간 값을 결정하기 위해 상기 데이타 성분을 처리하는 제어기(110)를 포함하고; 상기 제어기(110)는 상기 제1시간 값과 상기 제2시간 값의 차이의 크기를 표시하는 시간차(time-diffrence)를 결정하고(210); 상기 제어기(110)는 상기 제1시간 값과 상기 제2시간 값의 차이(220)를 소정의 시간 값으로 표시하는 상기 시간차에 응답하여 상기 초 성분(tod-seconds)을 제2소정의 초 값으로 변환시키는(230,250) 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 사기 제어기(110)는 상기 제1시간 값과 상기 제2시간 값의 차이(260)를 상기 소정의 시간 값보다 크게 표시하는 상기 시간 차에 응답하여 상기 초성분(tod-seconds)을 소정의 제2초 값으로 변화시키는(270) 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 소정의 제1초 값은 0초로 표시되는 값인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 소정의 시간 값은 1분으로 표시되는 값인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 소정의 초 값은 0초로 표시되는 값인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 소정의 제2초 값은 30초로 표시되는 값인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 소정의 제1시간 값은 1분으로 표시되는 값이고 상기 소정의 제2초 값인 값은 0초로 표시되는 값인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  8. 텔레비전 수상기에 저장되는 초 성분(tod-seconds)을 포함하는 제1시간 값(tod-hours : tod-minutes)을 유지하는 방법에서, 상기 방법은 데이타 성분을 포함하는 텔레비전 신호를 수신하는 단계와; 제2(eds-hours : eds-minutes)시간 값을 결정하기 위해 상기 데이타 성분을 처리하는 단계를 포함하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 제1시간 값과 상기 제2시간 값의 차이의 크기를 표시하는 시간차(time-difference)를 결정하는(210) 단계와; 상기 제1시간 값과 상기 제2시간 값의 차이(220)를 소정의 시간 값으로 표시하는 상기 시간차에 응답하여 상기 초 성분(tod-second)을 소정의 제1초 값으로 변화시키는(230,250) 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 제1시간 값과 제2시간 값의 차이(260)를 상기 소정의 시간 값보다 크게 표시하는 상기 시간차에 응답하여 상기 초 성분(tod-seconds)을 소정의 제2초 값으로 변화시키는(270) 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 소정의 제1초 값은 0초로 표시되는 값인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 소정의 시간 값은 1분으로 표시되는 값인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 소정의 제1초 값은 0초로 표시되는 값인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  13. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 소정의 제2초 값은 30초로 표시되는 값인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 소정의 제1시간 값은 1분으로 표시되는 값이고 상기 소정의 제1초 값은 0초로 표시되는 값인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
