본 고안은 촙프커터날을 이용하여 냉동육을 일정한 두께로 연속적으로 반복해서 절단하는 고기절단기에 있이서 특히 모터등의 구동수단에 의해 편심회전 하면서 냉동육을 절단하는 촙프커터날의 회전을 안전게 유도하여 촙프커터날의 원심력에 따른 고기절단기의 떨림 발생을 최대한으로 이제 감소시킬 수 있도록 한 고기절단기의 촙프커터날 회선 유도 지지장치에 관한 것이다.The present invention is a meat cutter that continuously and repeatedly cuts frozen meat to a certain thickness by using a knife cutter blade, and in particular, by inducing rotation of the knife cutter blade for cutting frozen meat while eccentric rotation by a driving means such as a motor.
