Abstract
반도체장치용 전원공급장치는 외부의 전원장치로 부터의 전원전압이 증가됨에 따라 미세하게 감소되는 전압을 발생하여 반도체장치 내의 회로가 안정되게 동작하도록 한다. 상기 전원공급장치는 기준전압신호를 발생하는 기준전압발생부와, 외부의 전원전압과 기준전압발생부로 부터의 기준전압을 차동증폭하기 위한 연산증폭기와, 연산증폭기의 출력전압을 출력하기 위한 출력라인과, 연산증폭기 및 출력라인의 사잉에 접속되어 출력전압을 연산증폭기쪽으로 귀환시키기 위한 귀환루프와, 출력라인상의 출력전압이 변동됨에 따라 귀환루프의 전압 귀환비율이 가변되도록 상기 귀환루프를 제어하는 귀환제어루프를 구비한다.The power supply for a semiconductor device generates a voltage that is slightly reduced as the power supply voltage from an external power supply increases, so that a circuit in the semiconductor device can be stably operated.
