Abstract
와인딩 프레임과 그것을 이용한 새들형코일 관선방법은, 새들형코일을 와인딩 프레임을 이용하여 권선한 후, 새들형코일에 고전류를 인가하여 각 코일들을 유착결합하도록 하는 과정에 있어서, 새들형코일의 상측부가 하측부에 비하여 권선되는 코일의 수가 적어 하측부에서 상측부보다 큰 인력이 작용함으로 인하여 코일이 한쪽방향으로 치우쳐 융착결합되는 것을 방지하도록 와인딩 프레임의 상측면을 따라 소정형상의 단턱부 또는 요홈을 형성하고, 이 단턱부 또는 요홈에 소정횟수로 새들형코일과 직렬연결된 보조코일을 권선하여 새들형코일의 상측에서 발생되는 인력이 하측에서 발생되는 인력과 같아지도록 하였다. 따라서, 초기 설계상의 새들형코일과 동일한 형상의 새들형코일을 생산할 수 있다. 이것은 모든 편향요크에 사용 가능하고, 특히 새들형코일을 제작하는 경우 매우 유용하다.In the winding frame and the saddle coil winding method using the same, in the process of winding the saddle coil using the winding frame and applying high current to the saddle coil, the coils are bonded to each other.
