본 고안은 화장품 용기의 뚜껑의 개폐장치, 즉 체결장치에 관한 것으로 보다 구체적으로 용기의 입구부 저면에 나선부의 스토퍼(stopper)를 개선시킨 것에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to an opening and closing device, that is, a fastening device for a lid of a cosmetic container, and more particularly, to an improved stopper of the spiral portion at the bottom of the inlet of the container.
화장품 용기가 원통형으로 이루어지고 그 뚜껑 또한 원통형인 경우에는 그 뚜껑이 어느위치에서 고정되더라도 뚜껑이 닫힌 상태의 화장품 용기의 외형은 아무런 변화가 없기 때문에 미관상 문제가 되지 않았다. 그러나 화장품 용기 및 그 뚜껑이 각이진 경우, 특히 사각이 형태를 갖는 경우에는 그 뚜껑이 여러각도로 닫혀져서 서로 어긋나게 닫혀서 외관상 미관을 해칠 뿐만 아니라 개폐동작을 함에 있어서도 회전강도에 따라 뚜껑의 개폐가 어렵게 하는 점이 있었다. 따라서 이러한 문제점을 개선하기 위하여 여러가지 형태의 스토퍼 구조를 형성시킨 고안이 이루어졌는데, 이러한 기술은 본 출원인의 한국 특허청 출원번호 제89-15608호에 잘 나타나 있다. 상기 출원은 종래에 용기의 입구부 나선저부 및 이에 상응하는 뚜껑의 나선저부에 돌기를 형성시킨 종래의 용기를 개선한 것으로 용기의 나선저부에 스토퍼를 형성시킨 것이다. 이는 종래의 용기의 돌기가 뚜껑의 충분한 정지작용을 하지 못하는 것을 개선시킨 것으로 보다 정확한 뚜껑의 개폐작용을 유도하기 위한 것이었다. 그러나 상기 출원은 스토퍼가 일측에만 형성되어 있으므로 사용자가 뚜껑을 닫을 때 많은 힘을 줄 경우에 뚜껑의 단부가 스토퍼를 넘어가서 본래 스토퍼를 형성시킨 효과를 얻을 수 없는 경우가 종종 발생하였다.When the cosmetic container is made of a cylindrical shape and the lid is also cylindrical, the appearance of the cosmetic container with the lid closed even if the lid is fixed at any position is not aesthetic problem because there is no change. 종래에는 스토퍼(4)가 형성되어 있거나, 또 그러하지 않았기 때문에 제2a도에 도시된 바와 같이 사용자가 뚜껑을 닫을 경우 무리한 힘을 가하면 스토퍼에 일측이 걸려서 뚜껑이 연질인 경우 찌그러지거나, 경질인 경우에도 뚜껑자체의 변형 또는 스토퍼에 무리한 힘이 가해져서 뚜껑이 정상적으로 닫혀지지 않았다. 그러나 본 고안은 스토퍼(4)의 맞은편에 돌기(5)를 형성시키므로 양측에서 뚜껑이 닫혀지는 것을 정지시켜주어서 무리한 힘이 가해져도 뚜껑이 외형과 동일한 형상으로 이루어져 뚜껑과 용기의 형상이 어긋나지 않게되어 미관을 아름답게 하여 화장품을 더욱더 고급화시키는 효과를 준다.Conventionally, because the stopper 4 is formed or not, as shown in FIG. 2a, when the user closes the lid, if the user applies excessive force, the stopper is caught on one side, and the lid is crushed or hard.
