선본 고안은 각종 선박의 해난사고로 바다에 유출되어 해수표면에 부유되는 기름을 매우 능률적으로 제거시킬 수 있도록 한 해상유출기름제거선에 관한 것이다.
종래에도 유출유회수장치가 일본국 공개실용신안공보 소57-137594호로 공지되어 있으나, 이는 선박을 거의 정지상태에서 해수와 기름을 펌프로 흡상하여 유수분리장치에 의하여 분리시키게 된 것이므로 넓은 바다에 띄엄띄엄 번진 기름을 회수하는 장치로써는 부적합하였다.
본 고안은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 선체의 선수를 한쌍으로 형성하여 상기 한쌍의 선수의 사이에는 각도변화가 가능한 유도판을 유착하여 선박을 천천히 이동시켜 넓은 바다표면에 뜬 기름을 유도판 및 유입관을 통하여 유수저장탱크로 유입시켜 제거시킬 수 있도록 함으로서 넓은 바다에 부유되는 기름의 제거효율을 향상시킬 수 있도록 한 해상유출기름제거선을 안출하게 된 것인데, 이를 첨부도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
선체(1)에 배출구(5)를 형성한 유수저장탱크(3)와 기름저장탱크(4)를 형성하여 유수저장탱크(3)의 유수를 흡입관(8)과 펌프(16) 및 유수분리기(17)에 의하여 분리시킨 기름을 송유관(19)을 통하여 기름저장탱크(4)에 저장시킬 수 있도록 한 공지의 것에 있어서, 선체(1)의 선수(2A)(2B)를 한쌍으로 형성하여 상기의 선수(2A)(2B) 사이에는 개구부(6A)를 형성한 유입관(6)을 고착하여 양단부는 유수저장탱크(3)내에 위치시키고, 유입관(6)의 돌편(7)에 긴구멍(11)이 뚫린 유도판(10)을 핀(8)으로 유착하여 긴구멍(11)에는 나사봉(12)에 고착된 연결간(14)의 핀(15)을 끼우고, 상기의 나사봉(12)은 지지구(9)의 구멍을 관통시켜 조절너트(13)을 회전시켜 유도판(10)의 각도를 변화시킬 수 있도록 한 것이다.
이와 같이 된 본 고안의 작용효과를 설명하면 다음과 같다.
해상부유되는 기름제거코져 할 때는 조절너트(13)를 돌려 나사봉(12)을 상, 하로 이동시켜 해수면에 뜬 기름을 양호히 안내할 수 있는 각도로 유도판(10)의 각도를 변위시킨 후 선박을 매우 느린 속도로 이동시키게 되면, 해수면에 부유되는 기름은 해수와 같이 유도판(10) 및 유입관(6)을 통하여 유수저장탱크(3)내로 유입케 되면 유수저장탱크(3)내로 유입되는 기름은 펌프(16)의 흡입력에 의하여 유수저분리기(17)에 유입되어 분리된 기름은 기름저장탱크(4)내에 유입됨과 동시에 유수장탱크(3)내로 유입된 기름은 비중차에 의하여 해수면상에 부유케 되고 해수는 배출구(5)를 통하여 배출되므로 유수저장탱크(3)의 수면은 해수면상태로 유지된다.
이와 같은 본 고안은 선박을 천천히 이동시키면서 해수면에 부유되는 기름을 유도판(10)을 통하여 유수저장탱크(3)내로 유입시켜 분리제거시키게 되므로 넓은 바다에 부유되는 기름의 제거효율을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.

  1. 선체(1)에 배출구(5)를 형성한 유수저장탱크(3)와 기름저장탱크(4)를 형성하여 유수저장탱크(3)의 유수를 흡입관(18)과 펌프(16) 및 유수분리기(17)에 의하여 분리시킨 기름을 송유관(19)을 통하여 기름저장탱크(4)에 저장시킬 수 있도록 한 공지의 것에 있어서, 선체(1)의 선수(2A)(2B)를 한쌍으로 형성하여 상기의 선수(2A)(2B) 사이에는 개구부(6A)를 형성한 유입관(6)을 고착하여 양단부는 유수저장탱크(3)내에 위치시키고, 유입관(6)의 돌편(7)에 긴구멍(11)이 뚫린 유도판(10)을 핀(8)으로 유착하여 긴구멍(11)에는 나사봉(12)에 고착된 연결간(14)의 핀(15)을 끼우고, 상기의 나사봉(12)은 지지구(9)의 구멍을 관통시켜 조절너트(13)를 회전시켜 유도판(10)의 각도를 변화시킬 수 있도록 한 해상유출기름제거선.
