본 고안은 대기오염 방지용 휠터에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a filter for preventing air pollution.
종래에는 합성수지 실이나 철선을 이용한 직조방식의 필터와 파형 또는 요철형상으로 된 판을 여러겹 조합한 필터를 대기오염 방지시설인 스크라버 탱크(SCRUBBER TANK)나 소각시설의 정제용 및 분리용으로 내부에 장착하여 증기와 대기오염물이 섞인 가스등을 그 사이로 통과시켜 수분과 분진등의 불순물을 제거하였으나, 직조방식의 필터는 통과하는 수분과 분진등의 입자 크기와 점도등이 다양하게 구성되어져 있기 때문에 필터의 막힘 현상이 빈번하여 자주 교체구입하여야 하는 비경제적인 문제점이 있었고, 파형 또는 요철 형상으로 된 판을 여러 겹 조합한 필터는 미세한 입자의 불순물들이 미끄러지듯이 통과함으로써 효율이 낮을 뿐만 아니라 수가공으로 제품의 단가가 높은 결점이 있었다.Conventionally, a filter combining a weaving type filter using a synthetic resin thread or iron wire and a plate having a wavy or uneven shape is used for the purification and separation of a scrubber tank or an incineration facility, an air pollution prevention facility.
