The present invention relates to a dishwasher using the waste heat of the boiler for the dishwasher, in particular to utilize the waste heat of the boiler to heat the water of the washing bucket in the dishwasher and the air in the dishwasher.

In other words, when the dishwasher starts to operate, water is introduced through the water supply pipe to be supplied to the washing bucket and the boiler, and the washing bucket is filled with water first. The water filled in the washing bucket is heated by a heater and the heated water is supplied to the nozzle through a pump operated by a motor. Therefore, the strongly sprayed washing water washes the dirt on the dishes, and finally rinses the dishes with the rinsing water heated by the boiler. In this case, the reason for spraying the washing water and the rinsing water by heating is to facilitate dish washing. The water of the washing bucket is usually heated by a heater, and the rinsing water is heated by a gas boiler. However, since the water of the washing bucket is heated by the heater, it takes a long time until the water of the washing bucket is heated, and it is necessary to continue to supply power even during washing of the dish, thereby having a lot of waste of electricity. Therefore, the present inventors pay attention to the fact that the dishwasher boiler only heats rinsing water and waste heat is discharged directly into the atmosphere together with the exhaust gas so that waste of energy is large. As a result, the boiler exhaust gas, which has a lot of heat, warms the water stored in the washing bucket and is released into the atmosphere, and the waste heat remaining after the washing water is heated helps to dry the dishes quickly. It was made. Thus, by utilizing the waste heat of the boiler to the maximum, the waste heat of the dishwasher boiler, which was only used to heat the rinsing water, is used to heat the washing water. It is possible to provide users with a dishwasher with high economic efficiency even by changing the structure of the dishwasher.

Of course, the prior art has been devised using the waste heat of the boiler, but has not been used in the dishwasher until now.

Hereinafter, the configuration of the present invention in detail.

In a dishwasher having a conventional dishwasher boiler, a communication pipe 11 for inducing hydraulic pressure of the exhaust of the dishwasher boiler 2 is installed inside the dishwasher 1, but a part of the communication pipe 11 is used for washing. Passing through the water tank 13 and the boiler communication insert 11 'and the exhaust gas outlet 11 of the communication pipe 11 is configured to be exposed to the outside of the dish washer (1). At this time, the communication tube 2 'of the dishwasher boiler 2 is inserted into the boiler communication insert 11' of the communication tube 11, and the communication tube 11 which penetrates the washing bucket 13 is the dishwasher 1. ) To be in contact with the possible rear wall, and the inside of the lid 3 is sealed by the blocking plate 12.

2 is to show the internal structure of the present invention dishwasher using the waste heat of the boiler, the dishwasher boiler (2) is attached to the side of the dishwasher (1) and the boiler communication insert 11 'of the communication pipe (11) Boiler communication (2 ') is inserted into the form. Thus, the dishwasher boiler 2, which is attached to the outside of the dishwasher 1, i.e., to the side of the washing bucket 13, and inserts the tubing 2 'into the communicating pipe 11, has a temperature of the boiler 2 itself. Can be delivered in the washing bucket 13 has the advantage that the thermal efficiency is increased. However, the present invention is not shown, the dishwasher boiler (2) may be installed in the dishwasher (1), of course, even if the dishwasher boiler (2) is installed in the interior of the present invention It will be called a configuration within the desired range.

As an effect of the present invention, the dish washing boiler heats only the rinsing water and the waste heat is discarded in the atmosphere through the communication with the exhaust by a communication tube that induces the exhaust in the dishwasher by utilizing the waste heat of the boiler. Water and air in the dishwasher were used to wash dishes and to dry them, so that the thermal efficiency could be increased even with the same energy. In addition, it is possible to heat water much faster than heating the washing bucket only with a heater, and if you continue to use the boiler, you can heat the water in the washing bucket without using the heater, which saves electricity. It is a useful design that can provide a washing machine to consumers.
