Abstract
본 발명의 에틸렌 및 탄소수 3∼8개를 가지는 α-올레핀의 중합에 사용하기 위한 지글러-나타계 촉매조성물의 제조방법 및 그를 이용하여 특정 입도의 α-올레핀을 중합하는 방법을 제공한다.Provided are a method for producing a Ziegler-Natta catalyst composition for use in the polymerization of ethylene and an α-olefin having 3 to 8 carbon atoms of the present invention, and a method for polymerizing an α-olefin having a specific particle size using the same.
본 발명에 따르면 (1)티타늄 1몰당 불활성 탄화수소 용매 1-200몰을 혼합하여 저농도 액상 티타늄 화합물(A)를 수득하는 단계; (2)마그네슘 화합물을 불활성 탄화수소 용매중에서 마그네슘 화합물 1몰당 0.01-3몰의 유기 카르복실산 에스테로로 처리하여 유기 카르복실산 에스테르-함유 마그네슘 화합물(B)를 수득하는 단계; 및 상기 (1)단계에서 얻은 티타늄 화합물(A)과 상기 (2)단계에서 얻은 마그네슘 화합물(B)를 티타늄 화합물(A) 1몰당 마그네슘 화합물(B) 0.1몰 이상의 양으로 접촉시키는 단계를 포함하는 특징으로 하는 방법에 의해 상기 촉매조성물을 제조한다.According to the present invention, (1) mixing 1-200 mol of inert hydrocarbon solvent per mol of titanium to obtain a low concentration liquid titanium compound (A); (2) treating the magnesium compound with 0.01-3 moles of organic carboxylic acid ester per mole of magnesium compound in an inert hydrocarbon solvent to obtain an organic carboxylic acid ester-containing magnesium compound (B); And contacting the titanium compound (A) obtained in the step (1) and the magnesium compound (B) obtained in the step (2) in an amount of 0.1 mol or more per magnesium mole of the titanium compound (A).
