Abstract
본 발명은 기계·전기 산업분야에서 내열재료로 널리 사용되고 있는 알루미나 세라믹스용 유약 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 종래에는 유약을 고온에서 사용할 경우 세라믹스 파손과 유약층의 균열 및 유약이 흘러내려 알루미나 소지에의 균일한 융착이 어렵다는 결점이 있었던바, 본 발명은 50∼85 중량부의 SiO2, 5∼30 중량부의 Al2O3, 2∼20 중량부의 RO, 5∼30 중량부의 R2O로 유약 조성물을 구성하여, 고온에서도 물리,화학적 성질이 우수한 유약층을 가지는 알루미나 세라믹스용 유약 조성물을 제공하기 위한 것이다.The present invention relates to a glaze composition for alumina ceramics that is widely used as a heat-resistant material in the mechanical and electrical industries.
