Abstract
본 발명은 열가소성수지 필름의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 종연신 공정, 횡연신기 내에서의 예열 공정 및 횡연신 공정을 포함하는 이축연신된 열가소성수지 필름의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 횡연신기내에서 예열공정중 횡방향으로 3∼5% 범위의 이완을 부여하는 것이다. 본 발명의 방법에 의하면 횡연신 전. 예열공정시에 부여된 횡방향 이완으로 역보잉이 촉진되어 결국 보잉량이 감소하게 되고, 따라서 횡방향으로 균일한 품질을 갖는 필름을 얻을 수 있다.

- 종연신 공정, 횡연신기 내에서의 예열 공정 및 횡연신 공정을 포함하는 이축연신된 열가소성수지 필름의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 횡연신기내에서 예열공정중 횡방향으로 3∼5% 범위의 이완을 부여하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성수지 필름의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
