본 발명은 폴리스티렌 수지, 아크로니트릴-부타디엔-스티렌수지 등과 같은 합성수지의 2가지 혼합물을 이용하여 가구용이나 컨테이너용 합성목재를 제조하는 방법 및 그 장치에 관한 것으로서, 특히 1차 성형재질의 외부에 다른 조성비 및 발포율을 갖는 2차 성형재질을 일정 두께로 코팅하여 기계적 성질, 내열 및 내화성, 표면조도를 향상시킨 합성수지를이용한 합성 목재 제조방법 및 그 제조장치에 관한 것으로서, 제조장치의 금형구조를 높은 성형압이 형성되도록 개선하여 고밀도 충진무을 얻어낼 수 있게 하고, 성형공정의 단계를 내부에 충진되는 1차 성형물을 제조하는 1차 성형단계와 그 위에 다른 조성비 및 발포율의 2차성형물을 코팅시키는 2차성형단계로 분리구성하여 고정도의 표면조도를 얻어낼 수 있게 함으로써, 합성수지의 종류에 관계없이 즉, 저가의 합성수지를 이용하여 강도가 뛰어나고 표면조도가 양호한 경량의 제품을 제조할 수 있는 합성수지를 이용한 합성목재 제조방법 및 그 제조장치를 제공하고자 한 것이다.The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for manufacturing synthetic wood for furniture or containers using two mixtures of synthetic resins such as polystyrene resin, acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene resin, etc. And a method for manufacturing a synthetic wood using a synthetic resin which improves mechanical properties, heat resistance and fire resistance, and surface roughness by coating a secondary molding material having a foaming rate to a predetermined thickness, and having a high mold structure of the manufacturing apparatus.
