Abstract

본 발명은 황금의 후라보노이드 성분인 바이칼린 및 오고닌 7－0－글루쿠로니드의 용도에 관한 것으로 특히 당대사계이상으로 생긴 백내장 치료제에 관한 것이다.
즉, 백내장의 발생기전의 하나는 당대사계의 폴리올 경로 이상으로 알도스 환원효소에 의하여 생성된 폴리올의 축적이 원인 이미 본 발명의 후라보노이드 성분인 바이카린 오고닌 7－0－글루쿠로니드는 이러한 알도스 환원효소 활성 저해함으로써 갈락티몰 및 솔비를 축적을 억제하여 노인성 백내장은 물론 당뇨병성 백내장 자체의 형성억제 또는 예방효과가 있는 새로운 약물로 활용할 수 있다.

Claims (1)

  1. 후라보노이드 성분인 바이칼린(baicalin) 및 오고닌 7－0－글루쿠로니드(wogonin 7－0－glucuronide) 또는 이들의 약리학적으로 허용되는 염을 1 또는 2 이상을 주성분으로 하며, 여기에 약학적으로 첨가될 수 있는 첨가제로 된 백내장 치료제.
