이와 같이 된 본 고안은 폐스티로폴을 분쇄기(1)의 투입구(101)로 투입하면 투입된 폐스티로폴은 분쇄되어 팬(7)의 송풍력에 의하여 저장통(9)으로 일단 저장되었다가 일정량씩 연통관(10) 및 호퍼 (11)를 통하여 가열기(2)내로 공급되어 스크류(14)에 의하여 이송되면서 히터(13)에 의하여 가열 용융되면서 발생되는 가스는 가스배출관(12)으로 배출되고, 용융물은 배출구(2A) 및 연결관(15)을 통하여 압출구(3)로 유입되어 스크류(16)의 이송압출력에 의하여 재생물은 가느다란 사로 다공판(17)의 압출구멍(17A)으로 빠진 다음 냉각조(4)의 냉각수를 거치면서 냉각된후 절단기(5)에 의하여 일정한 입자로 절단되게 되는 바; 상기의 작동에 있어서 본 고안은 분쇄기(1)의 벽면에는 제3도와 같이 일정한 간격으로 고정분쇄칼(1A)을 고착하고, 분쇄로울러(6)에는 고정분쇄칼(1A)의 사이에 위치되는 ""형의 분쇄칼(6A)을 고착하여 분쇄접촉면적을 크게 하였으므로 분쇄효율이 향상됨과 동시에 마찰열의 발생이 적게되어 분쇄물이 마찰열에 의하여 녹게되는 일이 없으며, 또한 분쇄된 분쇄물은 팬(7)의 송풍력에 의하여 유도관(8)을 통하여 저장탱크(9)에 일단 저장한 다음 일정량씩 가열기(2)에 공급시키게 됨으로 공급이 매우 원활하게 이루어지게 될 뿐만 아니라, 가열기(2) 및 다공판(17)을 부착한 압출기(3)는 구조가 간단하면서 매우 능률적으로 설치되었으므로 재생능률을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.When the waste styropol is introduced into the inlet 101 of the grinder 1, the waste styropole is crushed and once stored in the storage container 9 by the blowing force of the fan 7, and then the communication tube 10 by a predetermined amount.
