Abstract

본 발명은 비디오 카세트테이프의 역권취 감지방법 및 그 장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 비디오테이프의 제조공정중 자기 테이프를 카세트내에 권취하는 과정에서 자기 테이프가 자성체가 도포되지 않은 부분이 카세트 전면부로 역권취 될 경우 이를 감지하여 권취동작이 멈출 수 있도록 하는 비디오 카세트테이프의 역권취 감지방법 및 장치에 관한 것으로서, 이송중인 자기 테이프의 양면에 각각 해당면에서 발생되는 기전력을 감지하고 이를 기준신호와 비교 그 편차를 판단하므로써 자기 테이프의 역권취를 감지하는 방법을 특징으로 함과 동시에, 자기 테이프의 자성면과 비지성면에 각각 해당면에서 발생되는 지전력을 감지하는 홀(Hall)감지센서(30,32)를 각각 구비하고, 홀감지센서에 의해 감지되는 기전력을 증촉하는 증폭기(30,32)를 각각 구비하고, 증폭된 기전력을 조절하는 가변저항(40,42)을 각각 구비하고, 상기 두 기전력값을 비교하되 정상주행중에 상기 가변저항에서 출력되는 신호를 기준신호로 설정하여 편차발생시 이상신호를 출력하는 콘트롤러(60)를 구비함을 특징으로하여 여러가지 종류가 개발되어 있는 각종 비디오테이프에 실시가능한 것이다.The present invention relates to a method of detecting reverse winding of a video cassette tape and a device thereof, and more particularly, a portion in which a magnetic tape is not coated with a magnetic material in a process of winding a magnetic tape in a cassette during a manufacturing process of a video tape.
