Claims (2)
- 기준신호발생기의 출력신호를 입력하여 n체배된 기준신호와 궤환된 출력신호의 위상을 비교하여 에러신호를 출력하는 샘플링위상비교기와, 상기 에러신호를 입력하여 직류전압화하는 루프여파기와, 상기 직류전압에 따라 발진주파수를 조정하며 정합회로를 통해 출력단자로 발진된 신호를 출력하는 전압제어발진기를 구비한 위상고정 발진기에 있어서,상기 전압제어발진기내의 신호전력을 추출하여 궤환하는 전력결합선로: 및상기 전력결합선로의 출력을 입력한 후 증폭하여 상기 샘플링위상비교기로 상기 궤환된 출력신호를 출력하는 증폭기를 더 구비하여상기 n체배된 기준신호가 억류하여 스퓨리어스로 출력되는 것을 방지하여 안정된 주파수 및 저잡음발진 특성을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 위상고정 발진기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 사익 전력결합선로는 상기 전압제어발진기의 공진기로부터 일부 전력을 자계결합으로 유도하여 궤환하는 것을 특징으로 하는 위상고정 발진기.
