본 발명은 직물의 초음파 컷팅 봉합물로 된 레이스상 악세서리 소품에 대한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 직물의 초음파 컷팅 봉합물로 된 레이상 악세서리 소품은 직물(11)을 두겹 이상으로 하여 소정의 무늬가 설계된 금형 로울러(12)를 구비한 초음파 컷팅기(50)를 통과시키면서 금형 로울러(12)의 무늬대로 직물(11)을 컷팅하면서 봉합하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 또한 상기 컷팅 봉합물의 내부에 가요성 선재를 삽입한 후 상기 봉합물 및 선재의 양끝단을 봉합하면서 상기 직물컷팅물의 일부를 이용하여 장식을 달면 미려한 머리 밴딩물이 제조된다. 본 발명에 따르면 통상의 직물을 이용하여 용이하게 제조되는 미려한 레이스 상의 악세서리 소품이 제공되는 효과가 있다. 본 발명 따라 제조되는 악세서리 소품은 머리 밴딩물, 조화는 물론 각종 인형 또는 완구의 장식물로 이용될 수 있다.The present invention is directed to a lace accessory accessory made of an ultrasonic cutting suture of a fabric.
