The present invention relates to a seedling box (seedling pot) that germinates seeds for a certain period of time. The seedling method of seeding and nurturing seedlings has many advantages over the conventional method of directly planting seedlings in rice fields and then removing the soil and transplanting it to farmland. In other words, the seeds can germinate and grow in a cultivation room with the proper temperature and humidity to speed the germination of seeds, and control the temperature and humidity appropriate to the germinated seedlings, and maintain healthy seedlings with a suitable amount of fertilizer and water cycle for a short period of time. Can get on. Therefore, seedlings grown in seedling boxes become very healthy and resistant to pests when later transplanted to arable land, and the probability of failure due to death is very low, and much output can be expected. In general, the seedling box is mainly used by a seedling specialist company that has a growing room for germinating and growing seeds on a larger scale than general farmers. In seedling boxes, the seed germination process and the growth and growth of seedlings are used. In order to improve the growing environment of the seedlings by determining the type and amount of fertilizer to be administered, the seedlings are periodically pulled from the seedling box and the root growth is checked. In addition, when the seedlings grown in this way are supplied to farmhouses and transplanted to farmland, in small farmland, the stems of the seedlings are grasped by hand, the seedlings are extracted from the seedling box, and transplanted at the time of tillage. Since seeding cannot be sown individually, seedlings are transplanted to arable land using a rice transplanter, an automatic transplanting machine.
As such, when examining the growth process of seedlings, or when removing the seedlings from the seedling box for the seeding of seedlings, the soil surrounding the roots of the seedlings is in close contact with the inner wall of the seedling box and does not fall off completely. May be cut and disrupt growth of seedlings. For this reason, it is very important for seedlings grown in seedling boxes to be completely drained of soil that inserts them without damage to the roots during transplantation. However, as shown in FIG. 4 and FIG. 5, the diameter of the cultivation hole 12 of the conventional seedling box 11 is the square body 13 which is substantially the same in the upper and lower sides, and the bottom face 14 also has the square shape. As a result, the boundary line between the faces has an angled edge 15.
Therefore, when the soil contained in the cultivation hole 12 is lifted up with the roots, the soil at the edge 15 between the cultivation hole and the surface of the cultivation hole is strongly adhered to the surface, so that a part of the soil is not easily separated. Therefore, the roots inserted therein had the disadvantage of being cut.
The present invention was devised to compensate for the drawbacks of the conventional seedling box. In order to examine the growth of roots during the germination of seedlings, the seedlings were removed from the seedling boxes and inspected, or when the seedlings were transplanted to farmland. The soil is separated from the root together with the roots of the seedlings so that the roots of the seedlings are not damaged at all as described in detail by the accompanying drawings as follows.
In a seedling box having a certain depth and a certain number of the growing holes 2, the bottom 3 of each growing hole 2 has a round arc shape, and the inner side 4 has a round shape with no angled corners. It has a surface, the diameter of the inlet (5) is wide, the diameter is to be configured narrower toward the bottom.
In the above, the arc-shaped bottom surface 3 has a normal drainage hole 6. Looking at the present invention having such a structure in more detail and at the same time look at the operation and effects as follows. When seeds are inserted into soil (cultivation soil) in the cultivation hole 2 of the seedling box 1 and watered for a certain period of time, the seeds germinate to form roots and stems.
When the seedlings grow to a certain height, they are transplanted to the cultivated land. As mentioned above, when the cultivated area is small, the stems are lifted by hand, the roots are removed together with the soil, and transplanted to the cultivated land. The rice transplanter is used to transplant seedlings. At this time, if the soil does not fall out together with the roots, cutting of the roots is caused, and all the remaining soils do not fall out after transplantation, which forms a space part and causes growth of seedlings.
However, the cultivation hole (2) formed in the seedling box (1) of the subject innovation of the present invention has a wider inlet (5) and the diameter thereof becomes narrower toward the bottom (3), the side of the cultivation hole (2) is rounded without corners At the same time, the bottom surface 3 also has a circular arc shape, so when the seedlings are pulled away from the cultivation holes 2, the soil in the cultivation holes 2 is left with no root. Therefore, there is no loss of seedling roots, and the soil surrounding the roots falls out as it is, thus eliminating the occurrence of voids after transplanting to arable land. Therefore, it is a very useful design that allows these seedlings to be matured without any masking after being transplanted to arable land.
