Abstract
본 발명은 상수도 물, 하천수, 지하수, 우수, 해수 및 온천수 등 모든 형태의 자연수를 식수로 처리할 수 있을 뿐 아니라 정수된 물을 제약과정 공정수와 세척용 용수로도 이용할 수 있는 저온 저압 증류법에 의한 정수기에 관한 것으로, 솔레노이드 밸브(28)을 구비한 원수 유입관(12)이 상부에 연결 구성되어 있고 냉매응축기(23) 및 원수내 휘발성 기체를 흡입 폐기하는 기체펌프(27)와 관로(29)를 구비하여 유입되는 원수에서 휘발성 물질을 제거하고 저온 저압에서 증류시키는 증류기(20)와; 상기 증류기(20)에서 증류된 것을 응축시키는 응축기(30)와; 응축된 응축수를 냉수 저장하는 냉수저장조(40)와; 상기 냉수저장조(40)를 통해 응축수를 공급받아 별도의 가열기(55)로 가온시키는 온수저장조(50)와; 상기 응축기(30)에서 응축된 응축수를 냉수순환관로(48)을 통해 상기 냉수저장조(40)에 순환 공급시키는 순환펌프(70)와; 상기 순환펌프(70)의 작동에 따라 응축기(30)의 물, 공기 및 수증기를 흡입하여 증발기(20)내의 압력을 떨어뜨리는 흡입기(60)와; 컴퓨레샤(81)의 작동으로 압축된 냉매가 냉매순환관(84)을 따라 예냉기(82)에서 과열을 피하고, 증발기(20) 하부의 냉매응축기(23)로 들어가 냉매가 응축되면서 원수의 증발을 돕고, 다시 냉매순환관을 통해 분리기(83)에서 기, 액 분리되어 액상 냉매는 냉수저장조(40) 하부의 냉매증발기(47)로 들어가 증발 및 팽창하면서 냉수를 차게 유지시키고, 다시 냉매순환관을 따라 응축기(30) 하부의 다른 냉매증발기(31)에 들어가 상기 증류기(20)에서 증류된 증기를 응축시키고, 그런 다음 컴퓨레샤(81)에 의해 같은 동작을 되풀이 하는 냉매순환수단(80)으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 저온 저압 증류법에 의한 정수기를 제공한다.The present invention not only can treat all types of natural water such as tap water, river water, ground water, rainwater, sea water and hot spring water with drinking water, but also by low temperature low pressure distillation that can use purified water as pharmaceutical process water and washing water.
