본 고안은 육류를 얇은 판형으로 절단하는 육절기에 있어서 육류를 절단하는 원형의 회전칼을 회전시키기 위한 회전칼의 회전풀리, 회전축 및 회전축의 지지축 등의 구성을 개선하여 육절기의 제작, 조립 및 부품의 교체수리가 간편하도록 한 육절기의 회전칼 회전장치에 관한 것이다.
종래의 육절기의 회전칼 회전장치는 회전칼의 회전풀리를 키이에 의하여 회전축에 결합하는 것이어서 회전풀리 및 회전축에 각각 키이홈을 형성하여야 하는 번거러운 불편이 컸었고, 또한 회전축의 단부가 회전장치 케이스의 벽에 닿을 정도로 회전축의 길이가 긴 것이어서 케이스 내부의 좁은 공간에서 회전풀리의 결합조립을 시행하기가 매우 어려운 단점이 있었다.
본 고안은 종래의 이러한 단점을 개선하기 위하여 회전풀리는 키이결합이 아닌 체결너트에 의한 나사체결로 회전축에 결합되도록 하되, 케이스 내부에서 조립작업이 용이하도록 회전축의 길이를 짧게 형성하여 회전축의 단부가 케이스 내부공간의 중간에 이르도록 하고, 회전축의 단부와 케이스 벽사이에 별도의 회전축의 지지관을 삽입하도록 구성하여 회전축의 안정된 회전을 도모하고 회전풀리 등의 부품의 조립, 분해를 간편하도록 하는 것이 고안의 목적으로서, 이의 구성을 첨부도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
구동모터(도시되지 않았음)의 회전동력이 전동벨트(도시되지 않았음)에 의하여 회전풀리(1)에 전달되면 회전동력은 회전축(2)을 통하여 회전칼(3)을 회전시키게 되어 고기재치판(도시되지 않았음)을 통하여 공급된 고기를 얇은 판형으로 절단하여 주는 육절기에 있어서, 회전칼(3)의 회전축(2)은 단부(4)가 회전장치 케이스(5) 내부공간의 중간에 이르도록 짧게 형성하여 회전축의 지지축(15) 및 단부(4)와 회전장치 케이스(5)의 벽(6) 사이에 삽입시킨 회전축의 지지관(7)에 의하여 지지되도록 하고, 회전축의 지지축(15) 및 회전축의 지지관(7)은 지지축의 고정볼트(16)에 의하여 고정되도록 하며, 회전풀리(1)는 회전축의 나사부(8)와 와셔(9) 및 체결너트(10)에 의하여 회전축(2)과 결합되도록 하고, 회전칼(3)의 보호를 위한 보호원판(11)은 고정연결된 보호원판축(12)의 나사부(13)와 고정너트(14)에 의하여 고정되도록 구성한 것으로서 도면중 미설명 부호 17은 회전축(2)과 회전마찰되는 부분에 삽입시킨 베어링, 18은 받침구, 19는 풀리벨트이다.
이와 같이 구성된 본 고안의 작용효과는 회전칼(3)의 회전축(2)의 길이가 짧게 형성되고 회전풀리(1)가 체결너트(10)에 의하여 결합될 수 있는 것이어서 회전장치 케이스(5) 내부의 좁은 공간에서도 간편하게 회전축(2)과 회전풀리(1)를 분해, 조립할 수 있고, 회전축(2)의 길이가 짧은 것이지만 회전축의 지지축(15), 회전축의 지지관(7) 및 지지축의 고정볼트(16)에 의하여 안정되게 회전축(2)이 지지되는 것이어서 회전축(2)이 원활하게 회전할 수 있으므로 인하여 육절기의 제작, 조립 및 부품의 교체수리가 간편하고 가동성능의 향상을 기할 수 있는 효과를 제공하는 매우 유용한 육절기의 회전칼 회전장치이다.

  1. 육절기에 있어서, 회전칼(3)을 회전시키는 회전축(2)은 단부(4)가 회전장치 케이스(5) 내부공간의 중간에 이르도록 짧게 형성하여 회전축의 지지축(15) 및 회전축의 지지관(7)에 의하여 지지되고, 회전축의 지지축(15) 및 회전축의 지지관(7)은 지지축의 고정볼트(16)에 의하여 고정되며, 회전축(2)과 회전풀리(1)는 체결너트(10)에 의하여 결합되도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 육절기의 회전칼 회전장치.
