본 고안은 수중모터의 방수처리를 함에 있어 메카니칼시일과 오-링 등의 밀폐가 완벽한 분야를 제외한 모터의 케이블 인출구의 방수처리를 함에 있어 수압에 대한 밀폐성과 절연성이 양호한 600V 고무절연캡타이어케이블을 에폭시 몰딩으로 방수처리 하는데 이때 도체(소선)로 침투되는 물의 방수처리를 완벽하게 할수있게한 수중모터용 방수장치에 관한 것이다.The present invention is a 600V rubber insulated capti cable with good sealing and insulation against water pressure in the waterproofing of the cable outlet of the motor except for the sealing of mechanical seal and O-ring. 종래에 사용되어온 수중모터용 케이블의 방수장치는 600V고무절연 캡타이어케이블을 사용하여 수중모터용 케이블 인출상자에서 몰딩보호 튜브를 씌워서 그 공간에 에폭시몰딩 충진재를 배합하여 응고(화학반응)시켜서 사용하는 관계로 케이블의 피복부분이 파손되거나 인출부의 절연처리가 미흡할때 선심 사이의 에폭시몰딩 충진재로 방수치리를 하는데 그쳤다. 지하 또는 수중에서 사용시 사소한 부주의로 인하여 인출부의 끝단이든가 심선의 절연층까지 피복이 벗겨져, 도체(소선)부분의 틈새로 물이 침투되는 일이 빈번하였다. 이의 보완 사항으로 몰딩부분에 해당하는 전선의 절연체를 벗겨내고 에폭시몰딩이 도체(심선)선 가닥사이 틈새로 완벽히 몰딩 되도록하였다. 그러나 허용수압에 견디지 못하는등 다소 보완은 되었으나 계속 도체(소선)사이의 틈새로 부터 흘러 들어오는 물(유체)을 완벽히 방수처리하지 못하여 수중모터의 절연파괴로 인한 모터소손의 주된 원인이 되었다.The waterproofing device of the cable for submersible motors used in the prior art uses a 600V rubber insulated captire cable to cover the molding protective tube in the cable extraction box for submersible motors, and to solidify (chemical reaction) by mixing the epoxy molding filler in the space.
