Abstract
본 발명은 통상의 식염과 유사한 풍미를 가지면서도 나트륨의 함량이 적고, 체내에 요구되는 미량의 무기질 원소를 보강시킨 저 나트륨 식염 조성물에 관한 것으로, 염화나트륨 55~70중량%, 염화칼륨 28~40중량%, 염화칼슘 1~2중량%, 염화마그네슘 0.6~2중량%, 퓨마르산 0.3~1중량% 및 핵산 0.1~1중량%로 구성된 식염조성물 1000중량부에 대해 0.6~1.5중량부의 체내에 요구되는 미량원소가 포함되어 있어서, 통상의 소금과 같은 짠맛을 유지하면서도 섭취되는 나트륨의 함량이 낮아지고, 첨가되는 미량원소에 의해 생체대사가 활발해지는 효과가 있다.The present invention relates to a low sodium salt composition having a flavor similar to that of conventional salt and having a low content of sodium and reinforcing a small amount of inorganic elements required in the body, and includes 55 to 70 wt% sodium chloride and 28 to 40 wt% potassium chloride.
