Abstract

본 발명은 계량된 양의 액체를 분배하기 위한 액체 분배장치(10)를 제공하려는 것이다. 액체 분배장치는 액체 공급원(17)에 연결되기에 적합한 펌프입구(13) 및 펌프출구(15)를 갖춘 연동펌프(11)를 포함한다. 펌프출구(15)로 부터 나오는 유체의 흐름은 제어밸브(45)에 의해서 제어된다. 제어밸브(45)는 펌프출구(15)로 부터 나오는 액체를 수용하기위한 밸브 입구(47) 및 2개의 밸브출구를 갖추고 있다. 2개의 밸브출구중 하나는 펌프입구에 연결되는 복귀용 출구(48)이고, 다른 하나는 분배용 핸드피스(21)에 연결되는 배출구(49)이다. 제어밸브(45)는 2개의 작동모드를 가지는데, 그중 하나는 밸브입구를 통해서 유입된 액체가 상기 복귀용 출구쪽으로 이동하는 재순환 작동모드이고, 다른하나는 밸브입구를 통해서 유입된 액체가 상기 복귀용 출구쪽으로 이동하는 배출 작동모드이다. 분배용 핸드피스(21)상의 키이패드(25)를 포함하는 제어수단은 제어밸브의 상기 2가지 작동모드로 제어하고 펌프의 작동을 제어하기 위해서 제공된다.

Claims (10)

  1. 액체 분배장치로서, (a) 액체 공급원에 연결되기에 적합한 펌프입구 및 펌프출구를 갖춘 펌프와, (b) 상기 펌프출구로 부터 나오는 액체를 수용하기 위한 밸브입구 및 2개의 밸브출구를 갖춘 제어밸브로서, 상기 밸브출구중 하나는 상기 펌프출구에 연결되어 있는 복귀용출구이고 상기 밸브출구중 다른 하나는 배출구이며, 상기 제어밸브는 상기 밸브입구를 통해서 유입된 액체가 상기 복귀용출구 쪽으로 이동하는 재순환 작동모드 및 상기 밸브입구를 통해서 유입된 액체가 상기 배출구 쪽으로 이동하는 배출 작동모드로 구성되는 2개의 작동모드를 갖는 제어밸브와, 그리고 (c) 상기 제어밸브의 상기 배출구로부터 조절된 양의 액체를 분배하도록 상기 제어밸브의 작동을 상기 2개의 작동모드로 제어하고 이에 의해 상기 펌프의 작동을 제어하기 위한 제어수단을 포함하는 액체 분배장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어수단은 시간지연 유니트를 포함하고 있고, 이에 의해 상기 제어밸브의 작동모드가, 상기 펌프의 작동개시후에 소정의 기간동안 상기 재순환 작동모드에서 상기 배출 작동모드로 전환되는 액체 분배장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 펌프의 작동을 감지하고 상기 펌프를 통해서 운반되는 액체의 양의 피드백 신호를 발생시키기 위한 감지수단을 더 포함하고 있으며, 상기 제어수단은 계량된 양의 액체가 상기 제어밸브의 상기 배출구로 부터 분배되는 경우에 상기 제어밸브를 상기 재순환 작동모드로 전환시키도록 상기 피드백 신호에 반응하는 액체 분배장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 펌프는 탄성적을 변형가능한 액체 전송라인을 갖춘 연동펌프 및 상기 액체 전송라인을 통해서 액체를 운반하기 위해서 상기 액체 전송라인을 점진적으로 변형시키기 위한 가동부재를 포함하고 있는 액체 분배장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 액체 전송라인은 각각의 상기 펌프와 상기 펌프출구 사이에서 뻗어있으며, 탄성적으로 변형될 수 있고, 상기 제어밸브는 각각의 상기 액체 전송라인과 연관되어 있는 액체 분배장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 가동부재는 전동기에 의해서 구동되는 회전자상에 회전가능하게 장착된 다수의 로울러로 이루어져 있으며, 상기 회전자는 각각의 상기 액체 전송라인의 중간위치 위를 상기 로울러들이 계속적으로 이동함에 따라서 회전하고 이에의해 상기 중간위치는 상기 액체 전송라인을 통해서 액체를 운반하도록 점진적으로 변형되는 액체 분배장치.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 다수의 분배라인을 더 포함하고 있으며, 각각의 상기 분배라인의 일단부는 상기 제어밸브의 상기 배출구와 각각 연결되어 있고, 상기 분배라인의 다른족 단부는 분배용 노즐내로 개방되어 있는 액체 분배장치.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 제어수단은 작동수단을 더 포함하고 있고, 이에의해 상기 펌프와 상기 제어수단의 작동이 상기 작동수단의 작동에 의해서 수동으로 작동개시될수있는 액체 분배장치.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 액체공급원은 상기 퍼프입구에 연결된 액체 저장기로 이루어져있고, 이에의해 상기 펌프의 작동중에 계량된 양의 액체를 분배하기에 충분한 액체 공급이 이루어지는 액체 분배장치.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 액체 저장기는 액체 높이 감지수단을 갖추고 있고, 이에의해 상기 제어수단은 상기 저장기내의 액체의 높이가 소정의 높이 이하고 떨어지는 경우에 상기 제어밸브의 작동을 방지할 수 있는 액체 분배장치.
