Abstract

During low temperature operation, the body shrinks considerably, but the extrusion force acting between the two surfaces does not significantly decrease due to the internal filling with a low coefficient of thermal expansion. Therefore, the risk of breakage of the sealing device of the present invention in low temperature operation is almost reduced.
