띠판재(100) 끼워져 통과하는 홈(11)을 구비한 고정틀(1)과 상기의 홈(11)에 끼워져 통과하는 띠판재(100)의 이송이 정지되었을 때에 소정량만큼 이동되는 가동틀(2)을 구비하고, 가동틀(2)에 의해 홈(11)에 끼워져 통과된 띠판재(100)를 그 홈(11)의 출구코너부(11a)(11b)로 절곡될 수 있도록 한 띠판재의 절곡가공장치에 있어서, 상기 고정틀(1)이 축체(3)의 축방향중간부에 일체로 구비되어 그 축체(3)의 하단부가 부착부재(8)를 통하여 기계틀(4)측에 체결보울트(86)에 의해 고정되고 상기한 가동틀(2)이 둘레방향의 소정의 부위에 둘레방향으로 대향하는 한쌍의 누름부(21)를 가지고 그 누름부(21)의 반대쪽에 띠판재의 도입용 열림부(22)을 가진 원통형으로 형성되어 있고, 이 원통형의 가동틀(2)이 축체(3)에 회전이 자유롭게 끼워져 상기한 고정틀(1)에 대응되어 있음과 동시에, 이 가동틀(2)의 축방향의 일측끝부에 가동틀(2)에 회전력을 전달하는 회전전달기구가 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 띠판재절곡가공장치.The movable frame 2 which is moved by a predetermined amount when the conveyance of the fixing frame 1 having the groove 11 inserted and passed through the strip plate 100 and the strip plate 100 inserted into the groove 11 is stopped.
