Abstract
본 발명은 연구자석형 동기 모터의 스테이터에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 스테이터에 권선밀도를 높여 단위체적대비 모터의 출력을 높일 수 있도록 하는 동기형 모터의 스테이터 및 그 조립방법에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a stator of a research magnet type synchronous motor, and more particularly, to a stator of a synchronous motor and an assembly method thereof for increasing the output density of a motor relative to a unit volume by increasing the winding density of the stator.
이러한 본 발명은 스테이터 코어 낱장을 적층한 스테이터의 티스로 분리가능하게 형성하고 분리된 스테이터에 절연체를 피복하고 코일을 권선하며 권선된 다수개로 이루어진 각각의 스테이터를 조립하여 완성된 하나의 스테이터를 이루도록 구성하여서 종래의 문제점인 코일의 권선밀도를 크게 향상시켜 단위체적대비 모터의 출력 특성을 대폭적으로 개선할 수 있도록 한 것이다.The present invention is configured to form a single stator by forming a complete stator core by assembling a plurality of stators formed by separating the stator core by stacking the stator cores, covering an insulator on the separated stator, winding a coil, and assembling a plurality of wound stators.
