본 발명은 세탁시 세탁모터의 파워모듈에 흐르는 과전류에 대하여 소정의 시간과 소정의 펄스 이상일때 과전류로 감지하도록 한 인버터세탁기의 과전류감지방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 인버터세탁기이 과전류 감지방법에 있어서, 세탁모터의 파워모듈에 흐르는 전류를 감지하는 단계와, 상기 단계에서 감지된 전류가 과전류인가를 판단하여 과전류이면 카운트를 하고 이 카운트된 횟수가 소정의 시간과 소정의 횟수 이상 인가를 판단하는 단계와, 상기 단계에서 판단결과 소정의 횟수 이상이면, 세탁모터를 중지 표시하는 단계로 이루어짐을 특징으로 한다.The present invention relates to an overcurrent detecting method of an inverter washing machine which detects an overcurrent at a predetermined time and a predetermined pulse or more with respect to an overcurrent flowing to a power module of a washing motor during washing.
