본 발명은 디스크에 수록되어 있는 곡을 고속으로 탐색할 수 있는 광디스크 플레이어의 고속탐색방법에 관한 것으로, 종래에는 디스크에 여러곡이 수록되어 있는 경우 스킵기능을 이용하여 그 여러곡중에 원하는 곡을 바로 탐색할 수 있으나, 그 디스크에 단지 1곡만이 수록되어 있을 때는 그 1곡내의 특정부분을 탐색하고자 할 경우 매뉴얼 서치기능으로 그 특정부분까지 탐색해야 하므로 이때 탐색에 많은 시간이 소요된다는 문제점이 있었다. 따라서 본 발명은 디스크상에 1곡이 수록되어 있을 때, 플레이동작 전에 소정의 옵션시간을 메모리에 설정해 두고서 플레이동작이 진행될 때 바로 스킵키를 눌러 그 설정된 옵션시간만큼 트랙을 점프하여 플레이동작을 진행할 수 있도록 하거나, 플레이동작전에 소정의 옵션시간을 메모리에 설정해 둠과 아울러 스킵키를 눌러 그 설정된 옵션시간을 소정의 스킵시간만큼 증감시켜 새로운 옵션시간을 저장하여 두고서 플레이동작이 진행될 때 스킵키를 눌러 상기 새로운 옵션시간만큼 트랙을 점프하여 플레이동작을 진행하도록 함으로써 1곡내의 찾고자 하는 부분을 고속으로 탐색할 수 있도록 한 것이다.The present invention relates to a high speed search method of an optical disc player that can search a song recorded on a disc at high speed, and in the related art, when a plurality of songs are recorded on a disc, a desired song is directly selected among the several songs using a skip function.
