Abstract
액체에 산소를 도입하기 위한 장치(10)는 정수두에 관련된 문제점을 없애기 위해 상기 액체의 표면(S) 또는 그 가까이에 위치하는 혼합 장치(18)에 액체를 공급하기 위한 펌프(12) 및 승압되지 않은 압력에서 산소를 혼합 장치(18)에 제공하기 위한 PSA 장치(34)를 포함한다. 상기 혼합 장치(18)는 상기 액체와 산소를 혼합하는데 도움이 되는 유체 에너지를 이용하기 위해 고안한다.

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 장치의 개략도이고, 제2도는 제1도에 예시된 벤츄리 혼합 장치의 횡단면도이다.
Claims (10)
- 일반적으로 수렴형의 제1구역 및 일반적으로 나팔형의 제2구역에 의해 형성된 도관(이때, 상기 제1구역은 상기 제2구역의 유입 단부보다 직경이 작은 좁은 유출 단부를 가지며, 이들사이에 고리형 틈이 형성되도록 상기 유출 단부를 상기 유입 단부로 연장시킨다), 및 상기 도관을 통해 통과되는 임의의 유체와 기체의 혼합을 촉진시키기 위해 상기 고리형 틈에 상기 기체를 공급하기 위한 공급 수단을 포함하는, 액체중에 기체를 도입하기 위한 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1구역중 축방향으로 연장되어 주변에 일정한 간격으로 떨어져 있는 다수의 슬롯을 또한 포함하며, 이때 각각의 슬롯이 상기 도관을 통해 통과되는 임의의 유체로 기체의 추가 도입을 촉진시키기 위해 상기 공급 수단과 유체 연통되는 장치.
- 제1 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 액체중에 용해될 기체를 수용하고 상기 기체를 상기 고리형 틈 및/또는 상기 슬롯으로 향하게 하기 위한 플레늄(plenum)쳄버를 또한 포함하는 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 플레늄 쳄버가 상기 제1 및 제2구역사이로 연장된 제1벽 부분 및 상기 제1 및 제2구역 자체의 부분들을 포함하는 장치.
- 제3 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제1벽 부분이 상기 제1 및 제2구역의 전체 주변 둘레로 연장된 원통형관을 포함하는 장치.
- 제1 내지 제5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 제2부분중 다수의 배수 구멍들을 또한 포함하며, 상기 배수 구멍이 상기 제2부분중 액체로 기체의 배수를 촉진시키기 위해 상기 플레늄 쳄버와 상기 제2부분의 내부사이로 연장된 장치.
- 제1 내지 제6항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및/또는 상기 제2구역이 원뿔대를 포함하는 장치.
- 제1 내지 제7항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 기상 형태로 산소를 상기 고리형 틈 및/또는 살기 슬롯 및/또는 상기 배수 구멍에 공급하기 위해 연결된 압력 가변식 흡착 장치를 또한 포함하는 장치.
- 제1 내지 제8항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 처리할 임의의 액체의 표면과 동일한 높이 또는 그 가까이에 위치하는 장치.
