Abstract
The present invention relates to a method for preparing an inactivated mixed oil vaccine to prevent diarrhea and death of piglets caused by Porcine Epidemic Diarrhea (PED) virus and Swine Transmissible Gastroenteritis (TEG) virus infection. The present invention inoculates the PED virus to monkey cell cell (Vero cell) monolayer cells and propagates the high titer of PDE virus using a medium containing trypsin, and then mixes the TGE virus grown on pig testicular cell line (ST cell). The present invention relates to a method of preparing a new vaccine which inactivates a virus by using an inactivating agent that can safely preserve the antigenicity of the virus, and also mixes a special oil-enhancing agent to enhance the immunogenicity of the vaccine. Invention of the swine epidemic diarrheal disease (PED) virus and infectious gastroenteritis (TGE) virus Swine epidemic diarrheal virus and infectious gastroenteritis virus mixture characterized by proliferation and extraction of each virus, inactivation with BEI, and mixing of the two viruses with a specific oily immune enhancer to prevent piglet viral diarrhea This is a method for the production of deadly oil-based vaccines. The vaccine prepared as described above is inoculated once every 3-4 weeks of gestational sows, and secondly inoculated 2 weeks after the first inoculation, so that high-potency antibodies are applied to the sows. It aims to prevent the death of new piglets by passing them through the piglets.
Vaccination of pre-weaned change may also be used for chronic type diarrhea in piglets before and after weaning.
