Abstract

The present invention prevents the infection of pig genital respiratory syndrome (PRRS) disease virus in pregnant eho and piglets and prevents clinical symptoms such as similar acid, automatic mortality and growth retardation. TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention uses a cell line capable of propagating PRRS viruses to high titers (MARC-145) to cultivate highly pathogenic solos and to use inactivators that can most safely preserve the antigenicity of these viruses. The present invention relates to a method for the preparation of a new vaccine made by killing a virus and then mixing a special oil-immune adjuvant, and also to isolate a virus from pigs infected with this virus but without clinical symptoms, and selectively select a specific virus by the Plaque method. A non-pathogenic virus selected after collection and proving that the pathogenic virus is mild. Using one's will be available in saengdok vaccine.

The present invention is a method for producing PRRS virus inactivation, characterized in that the pig genital respiratory syndrome (PRR) virus is propagated in monkey kidney cell culture cells and inactivated by the BEI method, and then mixed with a specific immune enhancer. The non-pathogenic PRRS virus is purely isolated by the Plaque method, selectively harvested, cultured in tissue culture cells, and used as a live vaccine for the PRRS virus.
