Abstract

본 발명은 열교환을 위해 사용되는 송풍기에 관한 것으로, 특히 냉장고의 냉장실에 냉기를 공급하는 송풍기의 설계인자 값들을 최적화하여서 소음은 감소되면서 성능은 증대되도록 한 정음형 송풍기에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 정음형 송풍기는, 구동수단의 동력을 전달받아 회전하는 프로펠러팬과, 상기 프로펠러펜의 설계인자들에 소정의 비율로 적용되는 설계인자들로 형성되어 상기 프로펠러팬의 원주위에 설치된 벨마우스와로 구성된다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 일반적인 송풍기의 정면도, 제2도는 제1도에 도시된 바와같은 일반적인 송풍기의 단면도, 제3a, 3b, 도는 팬의 외경(Df)과 벨마우스의 내경(Db)과의 비율에 따른 소음레벨의 측정값을 나타낸 그래프, 제4a,4b도는 팬의 폭(Wf)과 벨마우스의 폭(Wb)과의 비율에 따른 소음 레벨의 측정값을 나타낸 그래프, 제5a,5b도는 팬의 외경(Df)과 벨마우스의 곡률(Rb)과의 비율에 따른 소음레벨의 측정값을 나타낸 그래프, 제6도는 프로펠러팬의 입구측 선단과 상기 벨마우스의 시작점 사이의 거리(ℓ)에 따른 소음레벨의 측정값을 나타낸 그래프.

Claims (5)

  1. 구동수단의 동력을 전달받아 회전하는 프로펠러팬과, 상기 프로팰러팬의 설계인자들에 소정의 비율로 적용되는 설계인자들로 형성되어 상기 프로펠러팬의 원주위에 설치된 벨마우스와로 구성된 정음형 송풍기에 있어서, 상기 벨마우스의 내경은 상기 프로펠러팬의 외경의 1.15.02배, 상기 벨마우스의 폭은 상기프로펠러팬의 폭의 0.468.068배 상기 벨마우스이 곡률은 상기 프로펠러 팬의 외경은 0.032.014배로 형성된 정음형 송풍기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 벨마우스의 내경이 상기 프로펠러팬의 외경의 1.136배로 형성된 정음형 송풍기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 벨마우스의 폭이 상기 프로펠러펜의 폭의 0.4배로 형성된 정음형 송풍기.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 벨마우스의 곡률이 상기 프로펠러펜의 외경이 0.045배로 형성된 정음형 송풍기.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 프로펠러팬의 입구측 선단과 상기 벨마우스이 시작점이 동일선상에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정음형 송풍기.
