Abstract
본 발명은 와이어 방전 가공장치 특히 와이어 전극의 자동결선시 와이어를 이송시켜 주기 위하여 공급해주는 제트수류를 회수하기 위한 제트수류 회수기 장치에 관한 것으로 공급측 와이어 가이드로부터 수용측 와이어 가이드로 인입된 와이어 전극을 제트수류의 반송력에 의해 안내파이프 속을 통과시켜 견입로울러까지 이송공급하여 자동결선시켜 주는 와이어 방전가공기에 있어서, 상기 제트수류와 와이어전극이 통과하는 상기 안내 파이프 끝단으로 그의 내경이 급격히 감소되는 감압링에 의해 유체저항을 유발시켜 상기 제트수류가 상기 견인로울러로 방출되는 것을 방지하고 이보다 저압상태인 대기압에 개방된 물받이에로 회수토록 하는 제트수류 회수기를 설치하여서 됨을 특징으로 하며 이와 같은 구성에 의해 제트수류는 도중에 회수되고 와이어 전극만이 회수기를 통과하게 되므로서 견인로울러에 물이 접촉하여 생기는 누전현상과 전기계통의 고장 및 녹슬음을 방지하고 장치의 구조를 단순화시키게 된다.The present invention relates to a jet flow recovery device for recovering a jet flow to supply the wire discharge processing device, in particular for the transfer of the wire in the automatic connection of the wire electrode, jetting the wire electrode introduced into the receiving wire guide from the supply side wire guide In the wire discharge processing machine for passing through the guide pipe by the conveying force of the water flow to the feed roller and automatically connected to the end roller, the pressure reducing ring whose inner diameter is rapidly reduced to the end of the guide pipe through which the jet flow and the wire electrode passes It is characterized in that the jet flow recovery device is installed to prevent the jet flow to be discharged to the tow roller by the fluid resistance and to recover to the open drip tray at atmospheric pressure which is lower than this.
