Abstract

본 발명은 콜라겐과 탄산아파타이트로부터 제조된 자연골치환형 인공골 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 0-13%(V/V)의 이산화규소를 첨가한 탄산아파타이트에 콜라겐을 작용시키고 적당한 형태의 성형틀에 충전한 후 압력을 가하거나;0-13%(V/V)의 이산화규소를 첨가한 탄산아파타이트에 과산화수소수를 가하여 페이스트상으로 한후 이를 적당한 형태의 성형틀에 넣고 압력을 가하여 성형한 후 건조하고 이 성형된 것을 소결한 후 여기에 콜라겐을 작용시켜 제조된 자연골치환형 인공골 및 그 제조방법을 제공한다.
본 발명의 자연골치환형 인공골은 콜라겐으로서 동물의 조직이나 인체의 탯줄에서 추출한 것을 사용하며, 특히 기존의 인공골에 비하여, 거의 자연골에 가깝게 모방이 가능하여 자연골치환성 및 생체친화성 등이 매우 우수하다.

Claims (6)

  1. 0-13%(V-V)의 이산화규소를 첨가한 탄산아파타이트에 콜라겐을 작용시키고 적당한 형태의 성형틀에 충전한 후 압력을 가하거나; 0-13%(V/V)의 이산화규소를 첨가한 탄산아파타이트에 과산화수소수를 가하여 페이스트상으로 한 후 이를 적당한 형태의 성형틀에 넣고 압력을 가하여 성형한 후 건조하고 이 성형된 것을 소결한 후 여기에 콜라겐을 작용시켜서 제조된 자연골치환형 인공골.
  2. 제1항에서, 0-13%(V/V)의 이산화규소를 첨가한 탄산아파아이트 70-95%(V/V) 및 콜라겐 5-30%(V/V)를 가하고 처리하여 제조된 자연골치환형 인공골.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에서, 콜라겐으로서 사람의 탯줄에서 추출 및 정제하여 제조된 인체Ⅰ형 콜라겐을 사용하여 제조된 자연골치한형 인공골.
  4. 0-13%(V/V)의 이산화규소를 첨가한 탄산아파타이트에 콜라겐을 작용시키고 적당한 형태의 성형틀에 충전한 후 압력을 가하거나; 0-13%(V/V)의 이산화규소를 첨가한 탄산아파타이트에 과산화수소를 가하여 페이스트상으로 한 후 이를 적당한 형태의 성형틀에 넣고 압력을 가하여 성형한 후 건조하고 이 성형된 것을 소결한 후 여기에 콜라겐을 작용시켜서 자연골치환형 인공골을 제조하는 방법.
  5. 제4항에서, 0-13%(V/V)의 이산화규소를 첨가한 탄산아파타이트 70-95%(V/V) 및 콜라겐 5-30%(V/V)를 가하고 처리하여 자연골치환형 인공골을 제조하는 방법.
  6. 제4항 또는 5항에서, 콜라겐으로서 사람의 탯줄에서 추출 및 정제히여 제조된 인체 Ⅰ형 콜라겐을 사용하여 자연골치환형 인공골을 제조하는 방법.
