Abstract

본 발명은 C형 간염 바이러스에 대한 인체의 면역성 조절기능을 가지는 신규한 일련의 펩타이드군에 관한 것이다. 좀 더 구체적으로, 본 발명은 C형 간염 바이러스 단백질 항원중 간염 바이러스에 대한 세포독성 T-임파구(Cytotoxic T lymphocytes, CTL)를 유도하거나, 그 바이러스에 대해 면역 관용(immunological tolerance)을 유도하는 항원의 특정 부위(epitope)에 해당하는 펩타이드의 아미노산서열에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 C7, C8, C14, C22 및 C24 등 5종의 신규한 펩타이드는 인체내에 존재하는 C형 간염바이러스 항원을 인지하는 CTL을 활성화시키며, 그 CTL에 의해 다시 인지될 수 있는 펩타이드로서, 간염바이러스 관련 질환의 예방과 치료에 사용될 수 있을 것이다.The present invention relates to a novel series of peptides having an immune regulatory function of the human body against hepatitis C virus.
