본 발명은 식음 가능한 내용물의 충입공정이 완료되어 연속적으로 이송되는 병의 외주면에 라벨링 및 코팅을 하게되는 코팅머시인에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 재사용 가능한 병의 회수과정 또는 제조공장의 생산라인 공정에서 이웃하는 병끼리의 상호 접촉에 의해 외주면에 형성된 홈(scuffing)을 부분적으로 코팅하며 병의 소정위치에 라벨을 부착함에 있어 회전되는 턴 테이블(turn table)의 동일 원주상에 형성된 다수개의 단위 바텀테이블에 회전되면서 이송되도록 병을 안착시켜 라벨링과 코팅작업이 한 공정에서 수행될수 있도록 한 것에 관한 것을, 식음가능한 내용물의 충입공정이 완료된 병의 외주면에 라벨을 부착하며 병의 상호접촉에 의해 외주면에 발생된 홈을 코팅함에 있어서, 외부동력으로서 회전가능한 턴 테이블(11)의 상면에 병(13)이 안착되어 회전이송되는 다수개의 단위 바텀 테이블(14)이 동일 원주상으로 배열 형성되고, 상기 바텀 테이블(14)의 상방 일측에 라벨 부착용 브러시(15)(16)가 대향되게 형성되며, 브러시(15)일측으로 병(13)의 홈 부위를 코팅하는 코팅구(24)(25)가 형성되어 턴 테이블(11)의 회전에 따라 라베링과 코팅작업이 한라벨에서 연속적으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 라벨링 및 코팅이 가능한 코팅머시인인 것이다.The present invention relates to a coating machine for labeling and coating the outer peripheral surface of a bottle to be transported after the filling process of the drinkable contents is completed, and more particularly, a process of recovering a reusable bottle or a production line of a manufacturing plant.
