본 발명은 관한 것으로, 차량의 소정위치에 별도의 가속도센서 또는 에어백용으로 사용되는 가속도센서를 설치하여 소정치이상의 감속도가 검출되는 급제동 또는 추돌이나 충돌사고 직후의 현격한 감속도가 검출되는 경우 자동으로 비상등이 점멸되어 후속사고의 가능성을 줄일 수 있도록 하기 위한 급제동 및 추돌/충돌시 비상등자동구동방법에 관한 것으로, 시동키(10)를 온 또는 스타트위치에 고정시킨 후 차량주행이 이루어짐에 따라 가속도센서(60)를 작동시켜 주행중인 차량의 감속도를 검출하여 상기 검출되는 감속도가 기준 감속도 데이터 기억부(70)에 기억된 감속도 데이터 이상인지를 판단하고 상기 판단 결과 상기 기준감속데이터이하로 판단된 후 인위적인 방향지시등작동신호 또는 비상등작동신호의 입력이 있을 경우 그에 따른 방향지시등(100)또는 비상등(120)을 점멸시키는 반면, 상기 판단 결과 기준감속도데이터이상일 경우 자동으로 상기 비상등(120)을 점멸시킨 후 상기 검출된 감속도레벨이 급제동에 해당하는지를 판단하여 급제동에 해당하는 경우 소정시간동안 상기 비상등(120)을 점멸시키고, 상기 검출된 감속도 레벨이 추돌 또는 충돌에 해당하는 경우에는 계속하여 상기 비상등(120)을 점멸시키도록 구성된 것이다.The present invention relates to a case in which a sudden braking or a sudden deceleration immediately after a crash or collision is detected in which a deceleration above a predetermined value is detected by installing a separate acceleration sensor or an acceleration sensor used for an airbag at a predetermined position of the vehicle.
