Abstract
본 발명의 목적은 면봉을 제조하는, 즉 면봉 자동 제조장치를 제공함에 의해 달성되게 되는데, 이 면봉 제조장치는 소정의 길이로 재단된 스틱이 적재되는 호퍼와, 이의 호퍼 하부에 연이어 설치되어 호퍼내의 스틱을 날개로 끄집어내는 제1공급기어와, 제1공급기어로부터 공급되는 스틱을 받아 회전 정점에서 스틱의 양단부에 표면에 가열 방식으로 지저 괘면돌기를 형성시키는 제2공급기어가 연이어 설치되며, 그리고 제2공급기어로부터 스틱을 받아 자전과 공전을 이루게 하면서 그 회전정점 위치의 양측에서 공급되는 평면상으로 공급되는 면섬유 위로 구름이송시키어 스틱의 양단에 면섬유구체가 형성되게하는 마찰휠이 설치되어 있다. 마찰휠에는 또한 그 후방으로 연이어 설치되어 마찰휠로부터 흘러나오는 완제품을 받아내는 체인형상의 이송콘베이어밸트를 구비된다. 그리고 이송콘베이어밸트의 선단부에는 이송콘베이어 벨트상으로 이송되는 완제품의 스틱의 양단부에 구성되어진 면섬유 구체의 이동경로상하측 근접된 위치에 가열부가 배얼된 건조실이 구비되어 있다. 그리고 이송콘베이어밸트의 후방 적당한 위치 일측에 그 이송콘베이어벨트의 이송방향에 교차되는 방향으로 밀려들어가고 물러남과 아울러, 이송콘베이어 벨트상으로 내려가고 올라가면서 집게방식의 핸드를 가지는 트랜스퍼로봇이 설치된다. 또 트랜스퍼로봇과 대응하는 이송콘베이어벨트 타측에는 트랜스퍼보롯으로부터 반출되는 면봉의 제품을 순차적으로 적충하여 받아내는 리프터테이블을 설치하고 있다.An object of the present invention is achieved by manufacturing a cotton swab, that is, by providing a cotton swab automatic manufacturing device, which is installed in the hopper successively installed in the hopper and the bottom of the hopper loaded with a stick cut to a predetermined length A first supply gear that pulls the stick out of the wing, and a second supply gear that receives the stick supplied from the first supply gear and forms a jagged projection on the surface at both ends of the stick at the rotational apex by heating; A friction wheel is installed to receive the stick from the second feed gear and rotate on the plane of the cotton fiber supplied on the plane supplied from both sides of the rotational peak position, thereby forming the cotton fiber spheres on both ends of the stick. Then, a transfer robot having a forceps-type hand is installed on one side of a suitable position of the rear side of the conveying conveyor, pushed in the direction crossing with the conveying direction of the conveying belt and withdrawing, descending on the conveying conveyor belt. On the other side of the transfer robot belt corresponding to the transfer robot, a lifter table is installed which sequentially collects and receives the products of the cotton swab taken out from the transfer robot.
