Abstract
본 발명은 냉장실 각부분의 온도차를 검출하여 냉장실의 부하정도를 판단하고 부하가 많은 경우에는 팬모터의 회전속도를 고속으로 하여 냉장실로 공급되는 냉기량이 많아지도록 한 냉장고의 냉기량 자동조절회로 및 그 방법에 관한 것이다.
이러한 본 발명은 냉장실의 하단부분에 온도센서를 추가로 설치하여, 마이콤에서 냉장실의 상단과 하단부분의 온도값을 읽어들이고, 두 온도값의 차이를 구하여 상기 검산값이 설정된 온도갭이하일 경우에는 냉장실의 부하가 적은 것으로 판단하여 팬모터를 정상속도로 회전시키며, 상기 감산값이 설정된 온도갭보다 클 경우에는 냉장실의 부하가 많은 것으로 판단하여 팬모터를 고속으로 회전시키고, 팬모터는 교류전원이 공급되는 단자가 가변됨에 따라 회전속도가 변하여 냉장실로 공급되는 냉기량을 가변시키게 된다.

Claims (5)
- 압축기의 운전에 의해 발생된 냉기를 팬모터를 이용해 냉장실로 공급하여 냉장실의 온도를 설정된 온도로 유지하는 냉장고에 있어서, 냉장실의 상단부분과 하단부분의 온도를 감지하여 온도에 따른 전압값을 출력하는 온도감지수단과;온도감지수단에 의해 감지된 온도값을 입력받아 두 온도간의 차이로 냉장실 내부식품의 양을 판단하고 상기 부하정도에 따라 냉장실로 공급되는 냉기량을 조절하는 마이콤과; 상기 마이콤의 제어신호에 따라 팬모터를 정상속도 또는 고속으로 회전시키는 팬모터 구동수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고의 냉기량 자동조절회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 온도감지수단은 냉장실의 상단부분에 설치되어 온도에 따라 저항값이 변화하는 제1온도센서와; 냉장실의 하단부분에 설치되어 온도에 따라 저항값이 변화하는 제2온도센서와;상기 제1 및 제2 온도센서에 각각 연결되어 직류전원을 분압하는 저항들로 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고의 냉기량 자동조절회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 팬모터 구동수단은 마이콤의 제어신호에 따라 릴레이스위치가 접속 또는 개방되어 팬모터의 정상단자와 중간단자로 공급되는 교류전원을 스위칭하는 제1릴레이와; 마이콤의 제어신호에 따라 릴레이스위치가 접속 또는 개방되어 팬모터의 고속단자와 중간단자로 공급되는 교류전원을 스위칭 하는 제2릴레이와; 교류전원이 공급되는 단자가 가변됨에 따라 회전속도가 변하여 냉장실로 공급되는 냉기량을 가변시키는 팬모터로 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고의 냉기량 자동조절회로.
- 팬모터를 이용해 냉기를 냉장실로 공급하여 냉장실의 온도를 설정된 온도로 유지하는 냉장고에 있어서, 냉장실의 상단부분애서 감지된 제1온도값과 하단부분에서 감지된 제2 온도값을 읽어들이는 단계와; 상기 제1 온도간과 제2 온도값을 비교하여 감산값을 구하고 상기 감산갈이 설정된 온도갭이하인지를 판단하는 단계와; 상기 감산값이 설정된 온도갭이하일 경우에 냉장실의 부하가 적은 것으로 판단하여 팬모터를 정상속도로 회전시키는 단계와; 상기 감산값이 설정된 온도갭보다 클 경우에 냉장실의 부하가 많은 것으로 판단하여 팬모터를 고속으로 회전시키는 단계와; 팬모터를 고속회전시켜 냉기량을 증가시킨 후 상기 감산값이 설정된 온도갭이하가 되면 팬모터를 다시 정상속도로 회전시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고의 냉기량 자동조절방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제1온도값과 제2온도값을 비교하여 제1온도값이 제2온도값보다 클 경우에는 제1온도값에서 제2온도값을 뺀 감산값이 설정된 온도 갭이하인지를 판단하고, 상기 제1온도값이 제2온도값보다 작거나 같을 경우에는 제2온도값에서 제1온도값을 뺀 감산값이 설정된 온도갭이하인지를 판단하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고의 냉기량 자동조절방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
