Abstract
본 발명은 석탄가스로부터 암모니아를 분리하여 가스터빈에서 나온 배기가스와 반응시킴으로써 배기가스내의 질소산화물을 줄일 수 있도록 한 석탄가스화 복합발전시스템을 제공한다. 본 발명은 석탄가스를 생성하는 가스화기와, 생성된 석탄가스내의 암모니아를 분리하는 습식세정기와, 상기 석탄가스를 연소기를 통해 연소시켜 이 연소가스에 의해 동력을 발생시키는 가스터빈과, 상기 가스터빈에서 배출된 배기가스에 의해 증기를 발생시키는 폐열회수보일러와, 상기 가스터빈에서 나온 배기가스와 상기 습식세정기에서 나온 암모니아가 용해된 물을 열교환시켜 암모니아 가스를 발생시키는 암모니아가스 발생기와, 상기 암모니아가스를 상기 폐열회수 보일러의 내부로 공급하여 배기가스내의 질소산화물을 제거하는 암모니아 분배기를 구비한다. 따라서 배가가스내의 질소산화물을 대폭 줄일 수 있게 되고, 암모니아가 용해된 물을 처리하기 위한 별도의 수처리장치가 필요없게 됨과 동시에 공업용수의 소비량을 줄일 수 있게 된다.The present invention provides a coal gasification combined cycle power generation system capable of reducing nitrogen oxides in the exhaust gas by separating ammonia from the coal gas and reacting with the exhaust gas from the gas turbine. It is provided with an ammonia distributor for supplying the inside of the waste heat recovery boiler to remove nitrogen oxides in the exhaust gas. Therefore, it is possible to significantly reduce the nitrogen oxides in the exhaust gas, and to eliminate the need for a separate water treatment device for treating the water in which ammonia is dissolved, and at the same time, the consumption of industrial water can be reduced.
