본 발명에 의한 영상의 명암대비 개선회로에서 명암대비를 개선하고자 하는 영상의 각 화소마다 명암대비를 구하여 소정치 이하의 명암대비에서 대해서만 선택적으로 명암대비를 높여 줌으로써 원래 영상을 손상시키지 않고 화질을 개선할 수 있는 이점이 있다.In the contrast improvement circuit of the image according to the present invention, the contrast is obtained for each pixel of the image to improve the contrast, and the image quality is improved without damaging the original image by selectively increasing the contrast only for the contrast below the predetermined value.
