Abstract
본 발명은 솔레노이드밸브에 전원을 공급할때 초기에는 110V를 인가하고 그 이후에는 마이콤에서 펄스로 위상제어를 함으로써 시멘트저항 및 릴레이를 없애고 회로를 단순화할 수 있도록 한 팬히터의 솔레노이드밸브 제어회로에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a solenoid valve control circuit of a fan heater, which is capable of eliminating cement resistors and relays and simplifying the circuit by applying 110V at the initial stage when powering the solenoid valve and then controlling the phase with a pulse at the microcomputer.
이러한 본 발명은 교류전원을 정류하고 정류된 전압에 따라 스위칭되어 마이콤에 전원주파수에 해당하는 펄스신호를 입력시키는 인터럽트신호 발생부를 구비하여, 인터럽트신호 발생부로부터 펄스가 입력되면 펄스가 입력된 시점부터 소정시간이 경과된 후 솔레노이드밸브 구동부로 펄스신호를 출력하고, 인터럽트신호 발생부로부터 펄스가 입력될 때마다 상기 과정을 반복하여 솔레노이드밸브로 공급되는 전원의 위상을 제어하며, 솔레노이드밸브 구동부는 상기 위상제어펄스에 따라 포토커플러를 온/오프시켜 솔레노이드밸브의 개방상태를 유지하게 된다.The present invention includes an interrupt signal generator for rectifying the AC power and switching in accordance with the rectified voltage to input a pulse signal corresponding to the power frequency to the microcomputer, and from the time when the pulse is input, the pulse is input from the interrupt signal generator.
