Abstract

본 발명은 가속기를 진공상태로 하는 진공시스템을 간결한 구성을 이루게 한점을 제공함에 있다. 본 발명에 의하면 가속기의 튜브와 베셀내부를 하나의 진공용로터리펌프로서 진공할 수 있게 하여, 그에 따른 구성부품 즉, 게이지, 밸브, 로터리펌프등을 감소시킨 구성이다. 이에 의해 전체시스템을 간결하게 하여 제조경비와, 설비스페이스가 감소되게 한것이다.The present invention provides a concise configuration of a vacuum system in which an accelerator is put in a vacuum state.
