Abstract

공기압 레디알 타이어의 트레드에서 캡 트레드(1)와 언더 트레드(3) 사이에나, 언더 트레드(3)와, 제4벨트층(7)의 리코드층(8)을 형성한 층 사이에 벨트 부식 방지용 스트립(2)를 적층하여된 트레드를 승용차나 트럭버스용 타이어에 적용함으로써 벨트 부식을 방지하고져 한 것이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 스틸벨트 타이어의 트레드에 있어서, 벨트 부식 방지용 스트립(2)를 언더트레드(3)와 캡 트레드(1)사이에 삽입 적층하여 트레드부를 형성하거나, 언더트레드(3)아래에 삽입 적층하되 상기 벨트 부식방지용 스트립(2)과 제4벨트층(7)사이에 스틸코드용 코팅고무와 동일한 재질의 리코트(8)층을 적층하여 트레드부를 형성함을 특징으로 하는 공기입 레디알 타이어의 트레드부의 벨트 부식 방지방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 벨트 부식방지용 스트립(2)은 부틸고무, 네오프렌 고무, 니트릴 고무 또는 아크릴 고무 중 어느 하나를 단독 또는 임의의 비율로 혼합함을 특징으로 하는 공기압 레디알 타이어의 트레드부의 벨트 부식 방지방법.
  3. 제1항의 방법으로 제조된 공기압 레디알 타이어의 트레드.
  4. 제3항의 트레드를 적용한 공기압 레디알 타이어.
