Abstract

본 발명은 부품 공급장치에서 연속적으로 공급되는 부품을 진공흡착하는 흡착수단이 그 부품을 정확히 흡착하였는지를 검출하는 부품 검출방법 및 그 장치에 관한 것이다. 이를 위한 본 발명은, 부품을 진공흡착하여 옮기는 노즐에 대해 그 부품의 흡착상태 및 흡착유무를 검출하는 부품 검출장치에 있어서, 상기 노즐의 진공압력에 따라 그 흡착되는 부품의 흡착력을 감지하여 그 신호를 발생하는 센서와, 상기 센서에서 발생된 신호를 소정의 데이터와 비교하여 상기 부품의 흡착상태 및 흡착유무의 양부를 판단하는 제어장치를 구비하여, 부품을 아주 세밀하고, 정확하게 검출할 수 있으며, 센서의 수를 줄여 전체하중을 줄일 수 있으며, 그리고 확장성에 있어서도 유리한 이점을 제공한다.

Claims (4)

  1. 부품을 진공흡착하여 옮기는 노즐에 대해 그 부품의 흡착상태 및 흡착유무를 검출하는 부품 검출방법에 있어서, 상기 노즐의 진공압력에 따라 그 흡착되는 부품의 흡착력을 알리는 신호를 검출하는 단계와, 상기 신호를 소정의 데이터와 비교하여 상기 부품의 흡착된 상태 및 흡착유무의 양부를 판단하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부품 검출방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 신호를 검출하는 단계를 아날로그 신호를 디지탈신호로 변환하는 단계가 더 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 부품 검출방법.
  3. 부품을 진공흡착하여 옮기는 노즐에 대해 그 부품의 흡착상태 및 흡착유무를 검출하는 부품 검출장치에 있어서, 상기 노즐의 진공압력에 따라 그 흡착되는 부품의 흡착력을 감지하여 그 신호을 발생하는 센서와, 상기 센서에서 발생된 신호를 소정의 데이터와 비교하여 상기 부품의 흡착상태 및 흡착유무의 양부를 판단하는 제어장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부품 검출장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제어장치에 아날로그 신호를 디지탈신호로 변환하는 변환장치가 더 포함되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 부품 검출장치.
