본 발명은 키폰 시스템의 단축 다이얼 번호 그룹화 및 그 이용 방법에 관한 것으로, 특히 다수의 단축다이얼 번호를 하나의 그룹 단축 다이얼 번호로 그룹화하여 서로다른 다수의 전화번호를 보유하고 있는 동일장소에 전화를 하고자 할때 사용의 편리함을 도모토록 한 키폰 시스템의 단축 다이얼 번호 그룹화 및 그 이용방법에 관한 것으로서, 이러한 본 발명의 목적은 단축 다이얼을 그룹화한 후, 연속적인 단축다이얼 번호를 엑세스하기 위한 "다음 버튼"을 추가 구비하고, 그룹단축다이얼 번호가 입력되면 저장된 첫번째 단축다이얼 번호에 대응하는 전화번호를 국선으로 송출하고 "다음 버튼"의 입력여부를 검색하는 단계와. "다음 버튼"이 입력될 경우 현재 점유한 국선을 소정시간 단락시키고, 두번째 단축다이얼에 해당하는 전화번호를 국선으로 송출하는 단계와, 상기 "다음 버튼"이 입력되지 않을 경우 재다이얼 버튼입력 상태를 검색하여 재다이얼 버튼입력일 경우 이전에 송출한 전화번호를 국선으로 송출하고 국선의 톤을 감지하는 단계와, 상기 국선 톤감지결과 링백톤이 아닐경우 그룹단축다이얼 번호에 해당하는 단축 다이얼을 검색하여 검색된 단축다이얼이 전부 송출되었을 경우 국선을 소정시간 단락 시키고 대기 상태로 전환하는 단계를 이룸으로써 달성된다.The present invention relates to a group of speed dial numbers of a key phone system and a method of using the same.
