Abstract
본 발명은 무선 송수신기의 주파수 편이 제한회로에 관한 것으로 특히, 루프 필터에서 인가되는 DC전압을 이용하여 발진 동작하는 VCO와, 상기 VCO에서 발생하는 주파수를 TCXO에서 발생하는 주파수와 비교하여 비교신호를 상기 루프필터에 인가하는 PLL회로 및 상기 루프 필터에서 출력되는 DC전원에 따라 상기 제1증폭기에서 인가되는 베이스밴드 시그날을 증폭하여 상기 VCO에 인가하는 이득제어부로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 주파수 변화에 따른 편이 조절회로를 제공하여 무조정으로 광대역 VCO를 설계할 경우 동일한 레벨의 베이스밴드 시그날이 낮은 캐리어 시그날에서 발생되는 편이 현상보다 높은 캐리어 시그날에서 편이 현상이 많이 발생하게 되는 문제점을 해소하는 효과가 있다.The present invention relates to a frequency shift limiting circuit of a wireless transceiver, and in particular, compares a comparison signal by comparing a VCO operating with oscillation using a DC voltage applied from a loop filter and a frequency generated from the VCO with a frequency generated from a TCXO.
